Cynthia Huffmyer is an anointed teacher of God’s word. She is the Teacher and Leader of Breakthrough Ministries. For the past 40 years, she has helped women and men dive deeper into the Truth and encounter Jesus in transformative ways. Whether it is through leading Bible studies, speaking at conferences across the nation, or one-on-one in private counseling, the powerful way in which Cynthia communicates the Lord’s love leaves people forever changed. Not only does she have a heart to meet the needs of people spiritually, but she also longs to see the physical needs of those in our city, met. This desire led her to found the non-profit, ServeOK and co-found the ministry, Company of Women, both of which serve to unify the Body of Christ to mobilize throughout Oklahoma City. Aside from Jesus, the love of Cynthia’s life is her husband of over 50 years, Dr. Joe Huffmyer, affectionately known as, “Buddy”. Together, they have two wonderful, adult, married sons, and five beloved grandchildren. Buddy and Cynthia are long-time members of LifeChurch and former members of City Church. Cynthia embodies a Titus 2 woman and will leave a lasting legacy of championing the fullness of the gospel in countless lives.

Jenni serves as the Co-Leader and Teacher of Breakthrough Ministries. She shares the role of teaching, co-leading the ministry and writing content for our social media sites, website, and emails. Jenni has been married to her beloved Mason for 16 years and together they are parents to six precious daughters and one long-awaited little boy. Her children fill Jenni’s days with joy and purpose. A lover of Jesus, Jenni’s heartbeat is to see people living in the fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and following His plans and will for their lives. Jenni has recently written a bible study titled “His Name Is Wonderful”. She also leads several women’s bible studies in her community and church. Jenni and her family are attendees of New City Church.

Magan is a Board Member of Breakthrough Ministries where she serves as Treasurer. She has been married to her husband, Jarrod, for 15 years. Together, they have two children, their son, Gavin, and daughter, Lyndie, She and her husband are the owners of 405 Vet Animal Hospital in Oklahoma City, where Jarrod is a Veterinarian. Magan loves diving into God’s word and studying scripture with other women. Hearing God’s voice is her compass in life, her True North when the world feels upside-down. She is passionate about believers knowing the power and freedom that they have in Christ, along with their true identity in Jesus. She loves people and building relationships, welcoming others in to experience community and the beauty of the Body of Christ! Magan and her family attend church at The Bridge in their hometown of Piedmont, OK.

Abbey Bombach is a Board Member of Breakthrough Ministries, serving in many capacities, including maintaining our website and secretarial duties. Abbey has been married to her love, Roger, for 17 years and is walking out God’s call on her life as a mom to their three children: Karsten, Case, and Kollins. Abbey is a devoted follower of Jesus, thoughtful in service to others, loves to encourage women in their own personal faith journeys, a Truth seeker, and is living to discern God’s plan for her life and walk in it. She is active in her community, her kids’ school, and a long-time women’s bible study member. She is an intentional and loving friend to all who know her. Abbey, along with her family, attends New City Church.

Angie Poindexter is a Board Member of Breakthrough Ministries, taking care of all our food and beverage, along with other duties. Angie has been married to her husband, Wyatt, for 22 years. Angie considers it one of her greatest honors in this life being a wife and mom to Cameron, and Katie. After 8 years of praying for children, the Lord blessed Angie and Wyatt “exceedingly and abundantly more” with two children at once through the amazing gift of adoption. Angie loves to encourage others to pray and have faith in God’s timing and perfect plan, and to trust that the Lord is faithful and trustworthy, always orchestrating every detail behind the scenes and waiting until the appropriate time to bring Himself the most glory. Angie has been supportive of Wyatt’s busy career as a realtor with Keller Williams for the past 26 years. Angie and her family enjoy spending time with friends and family at Carlton Landing and they attend Life Church.

Randi Freeman is a Board Member of Breakthrough Ministries helping to write content for our website, social media sites, and emails. As our resident English expert and gifted hostess, she also serves as our editor and “warmth-maker.” She has been married to her husband, Matt, for 18 years. They have three children: their son, Noah, daughter, Maebry, and Ava, all bring them immense joy. Randi delights herself in the Word of God, enjoys writing, and relishes ministering to and serving her family. Her gifts of hospitality and excellent cooking are a blessing to anyone who gets the opportunity to be touched by them! Randi’s husband Matt is the pastor at New City Church, where she serves many roles in the Children’s Ministry.

Kinsey Everett is a Board Member of Breakthrough Ministries. Kinsey’s gift of making everything beautiful and aesthetically pleasing helps us all to enjoy a beautiful environment at our events, as well as blessing us with her magnetic personality! She has been the wife of Steven for 18 years, and the mother to three beautiful, loving children, twins, Max, Maris, and their youngest, Miles. Kinsey treasures journeying with her sisters in Christ and special mentors through the hardships of life, celebrating triumphs and victories, and drawing closer to God together. She has a special knack for decorating, bargain shopping, and friend-making, never meeting a stranger; all the while ministering to others as she goes. Kinsey and her family attend New City Church.

Lauren serves on Breakthrough’s worship team. She grew up in South OKC and started singing at the age of 5. She lead songs in her church starting at the age of 12 and has had a lifetime calling of leading people in worship. Lauren went to OSU where she met her husband Ryan. For the past 10 years they’ve lived in Edmond where Lauren has lead worship at numerous Life Church locations. They are currently busy chasing around their twins, which were miracles and an answer to over 5 years of prayers!
